Light & Button Guide
Your Waggi tracker has one button and one status light. Here's what they do.

1. The power button
The button on the front of the tracker is used to turn the device on and off and to check its status.
2. Turning the tracker on
Press the button to turn on the device. The light blinks to confirm the tracker is starting up.
3. Checking tracker status

Press and hold the power button. If the tracker is on, the light blinks twice to give connection info — the first blink for network, the second for GPS.
4. What the blinking lights mean
- Network blink (first): a green blink shows a good network connection — your tracker can send information to the app.
- GPS blink (second): a green blink shows good GPS — your tracker can pick up your pet's location.
If a blink doesn't show green, the tracker is having trouble with that connection — move to an open area or check your subscription, and see the Device Troubleshoot Guide.
5. Charging lights
Attach the charger to the tracker. The light indicates the tracker is charging, and changes when it is fully charged. You'll also see the battery level and charging status in the app.
6. When to use factory reset
If the tracker misbehaves and troubleshooting doesn't help, you can factory reset it from tracker settings in the app. A factory reset erases device data and cannot be undone — use it only as a last resort, and contact support first if you're unsure.
