Tracker Setup Tutorial

Follow these steps to get your Waggi tracker up and running. You can also find this tutorial in the app under Help → User Guides → Tracker Setup Tutorial.

Press the button to turn on the device.

How to check tracker status

Press and hold the power button. If the tracker is on, the light blinks twice to give connection info.

What the blinking lights mean

When you check the status, the tracker gives two blinks:

  • The first blink shows network status — a good network blink means your tracker can send information.
  • The second blink shows GPS status — a good GPS blink means your tracker can pick up location.

How to put the tracker on your pet

Attach the tracker to your pet's collar or harness using the hooks on the back of the device. Make sure it sits securely and comfortably. The tracker is intended for pets from around 4 kg upwards.

How to charge your tracker

Attach the charger to the tracker. The light indicates charging, and shows when the device is fully charged. Charge the tracker fully before first use.
